【个人简介】

江苏泰州人,全日制真博士,教授, 博士生导师,本科、博士毕业于南京农业大学资源环境学院土壤农业化学、植物营养

专业。主要从事气候变化对作物生长影响机理、温室气体减排、微生物与全球环境变化、微生物生态学、环境及土壤生态修

复改良、固体废弃物资源化利用、生物农药及生物肥料、农药生态环境安全评价等方面的研究教学工作。 自工作以来,

先后参加国家863、973项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家公益性行业专项、国家星火计划、国家自然科学

基金和农业部948项目多项,主持和参加国家及省部级和各类横向项目/课题20多项。累计发表各类学术论文110余篇,

其中在国际上发表SCI学术论文45篇(第一作者、通信作者27篇)。申请发明专利40多项,授权发明(含实用新型)

专利31项,获得省部级各类科学奖励6项(其中黑龙江省科技进步一等奖1项,江苏省科技进步一等奖1项,江苏省

科技进步三等奖1项,江苏省科技进步四等奖1项);社会兼职科技部国际科技合作项目同行评审专家和国际科技

合作管理评审专家,教育部科技评审专家,美国化学学会会员,美国微生物学会会员,中国微生物学会会员,中国
